Founded in 1909, the firm is independently owned and operated by Joseph P. Reidy, REALTOR® the third-generation family owner, who has 49 years of real estate industry experience.  Joe has created strong bonds in the commercial real estate and business communities throughout Worcester and the surrounding areas. With a primary focus on the sale and leasing of industrial buildings, office space, and investment real estate, Joe has successfully completed numerous transactions for both corporate and individual clients. He also has an extensive record of residential and land sales throughout Worcester County.

Always actively involved in the local community, Joe has served on numerous local boards, and charities as a director and advisor. He currently serves as a Director for the Memorial Foundation for The Blind.   

When not engaged in real estate activities, Joe is a performing musician, an avid alpine ski racer, a ski instructor, and an active mountain hiker. As a musician, Joe has performed with Tornado Alley, Mike Girard of The Fools, the Stompers, Charles Neville, and his own jazz quartet Wachusett Jazz. He has appeared at many notable venues in the U.S. and Europe.
